Return and Refund Policy |

Thank you for purchasing a Fluid Filler – Fluid
Acquisition tool. If you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. |

Returns |
You have 30 calendar days to return your Fluid Filler
from the date you purchased
it. To be eligible for a return, the Fluid Filler must be unused and
in the same
condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Your must
provide the receipt or proof of purchase. You must call for a “Return
Material
Authorization” (RMA) at 951-683-8730 |

Refunds |
Once your Fluid Filler is received,
we will inspect it and notify you that we have
received your returned Fluid Filler. We will notify you on the status
of your refund
after inspecting the Fluid Filler. If your return is approved, we will
initiate a refund
to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive
the credit
within a 1 week, depending on your card issuer's policies. |

Shipping |
You are responsible for
paying the shipping costs to return the Fluid Filler. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. After inspection of your returned Fluid Filler,
if we deem
that it does not meet our return requirements, it will be shipped back
to you and
the cost of shipping will be billed to your credit card. |
